Overview
Ask supporters to RSVP for events and track the viral spread. With this action you can organize events and gauge attendance.
Ask supporters to Attend Event
Note: If you haven’t already done so, you must first install the Action Plugin and then setup at least one Kit.
We also recommend exploring the various widgets and APIs that can be used to integrate this Action into the rest of your online and offline tools.
Mobilize It
To mobilize the Attend Event action:
- Click the "Mobilize" button from any location within the Staff App.
- Select who you want to complete this Action by segment or individual supporters.
- Personalize the body of the message that your supporters will receive.
- Select the Action "RSVP for Event".
- Select your Action Kit which you previously created.
- Click mobilize.
Install It
To install this action:
- Go to the Platform Config section and select Action Plugins.
- In the top left corner select the "Install/Uninstall Plugins" button.
- Simply click "Install" to load this Action into your V3 Platform.
Next Step: Once your Attend Event Action is installed, you'll want to setup one or more Kits.
Set Up the Kits
To set up this Action Kit:
- Go to the Platform Config section and select Action Kits.
- Select "New Action Kit" for the RSVP for an Event action.
Basic Details
- Give the kit a title -- this is the message your supporters will see. For example, "RSVP for the Gala"
- Describe the purpose of the Action. The purpose will explain to each supporter why it is important for them to RSVP for this event.
- Set the Personal Impact to be received upon completion.

1. Customize the action item title.
